RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Ape the Label pieces but we understand not everything goes to plan.

We are happy to issue a store credit  for all undamaged & unworn items.  

Please note we do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of their parcel to Ape the Label. The arrangement, posting, and associated costs for the return are the customer's responsibility

 

STEPS OF RETURNING/EXCHANGING

1.Lodge your return through our returns portal via the link below.

2.Items must be received by us within 31 days from placing your order. 

3.Once your request is approved please send your return back to the below address.

4.Highlight and state on the paper invoice supplied inside your order package the items being returned to Ape the label and place back inside your package so we can identify you. 

 

5.Store Credit: 

You will receive another email notification regarding the status of your return and the issuance of store credit. 

 

 

 ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT:

  • All sale items
  • All samples from sample sale section of website
  • Items must not have make-up, tan stains or pet hair from wear or try-on
  • Items must have all tags attached & untouched
  • Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging. 
  • Return parcels must have reference to order name or order number to allow us to identify the order.
  • Ape the Label reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a store credit.
