Ape The Label offer store credit on all full priced items/orders within 31 days of delivery. 

If you purchased using a welcome or any other discount code or during a site wide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit of that amount. 

Permanent/final sale items from our sale page marked as final sale, hair accessories & items marked as  sample sale are not eligible for returns or store credit, so please choose carefully.

TERMS OF RETURN

The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached. Please ensure you have lodged your return through our Returns Portal prior to sending this as this becomes the proof of purchase. Please also include the original invoice, with returned items clearly marked and placed back in the package.

Your return will not be processed if you have not lodged this through our returns portal or do not have the original invoice, with returned items clearly marked and placed back in the package.

Ape The Label has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. We will contact you to notify you that we are sending back the items if they are rejected to the shipping address on your order. 

Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:

  • Stains

  • Strong fragrances or odours

  • Pet hair

  • Fake tan

  • Makeup

  • Oil stains

  • Packages without an order name or order number for reference.

Important note: Ape can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place.

    The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). Ape The Label has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.

    Important note: Ape can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place.

    Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:

    If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of $11 AUD to have the item sent back to you. 

    Please ensure you aren't sending back unsellable items to avoid dealing with the above. We want to process your returns for you :)

  • To lodge a return, please have your order number and email address ready to enter into our returns portal below.

    Note: If you have used a discount code and/or promotional code on your order you will not be eligible.

  • Lodging a return with us is super simple. Just follow the steps below.

    1. Log in to our returns portal or your Ape The Label account

    Go to our Account Login page:

    If you’ve never created an account before, you can activate it using the same email you used at checkout.

    2. Select the order you’d like to return

    Once logged in, you’ll see all your past orders.

    Click on the order that contains the item you want to return.

    3. Click “Request Return”

    You’ll find this button inside the order details.

    Select the item(s) you want to return.

    4. Choose your return reason

    You’ll be prompted to pick a return reason from the list and can add any extra notes if needed.

    5. Submit your request

    Your return request will be sent to our team for review.

    We’ll email you once it’s been approved with the next steps.

    6. Post your item back to us

    After approval, please send your return to:

    Include your original invoice and clearly mark the items you’re returning so we can process it quickly.

    7. Receive your store credit

    Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll issue your store credit via email so you can repurchase your preferred size or item.

    Please note all returns must be initiated in our returns centre before they are sent to us.

  • Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable.

    We recommend keeping your tracking details as Ape The Label are not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost. We hope to be able to offer free return shipping in the future.

  • Please allow 7-14 business days from delivery for our team to process your return

  • If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return but only for a store credit of the amount paid.

    This also applies to items purchased in a sitewide sale.

  • Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at hello@apethelabel.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.

  • Our pieces are made from beautiful quality fabric. To keep it in it's best condition we always recommend looking after your pieces with the highest level of care.

    Either hand wash or pop your pieces in a delicates bag into the washing machine on a cold gentle wash cycle with like colours. Hang your pieces in the shade to dry. Handle your knitwear with extra care due to their delicate nature.

    APE will not be responsible for any damage caused to items from washing machines or laundry products - this includes items being caught on a washing machine or products causing stains, bleaching or dye leaking.

    To avoid any items being damaged,APE advises a cold hand wash always.
