PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During busy sale and promotional periods, minor delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times. Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery within the expected timeframe as courier delays can occasionally occur.


TRACKING

You should receive an order confirmation email upon checkout. If you can’t find it, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, email us at hello@apethelabel.com.

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID (via Aus Post or DHL) will be sent. Use this ID to track your shipment. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, no cancellations or changes can be made. Please choose carefully, as we cannot accommodate changes if you change your mind.


PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders allow you to secure items before they arrive in stock. Payment is processed when the order is placed, ensuring the item is reserved for you.

Estimated arrival dates are provided on product pages but are subject to change. If you order additional items alongside pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched after the pre-ordered item becomes available.


SPLIT DELIVERIES

We do not offer split deliveries for orders. However, in some cases, we may send your items in separate shipments due to stock availability.


RESPONSIBILITY

Once goods are handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect address issues. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. For delivery issues, contact the courier directly with your tracking ID.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
  • All international customers are responsible for their own taxes, duties, and customs fees, which may be charged upon delivery by local customs authorities. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to these terms.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Standard Delivery: Parcels are left in a secure location if deemed safe by the courier. If unsafe or the parcel is too large, it will be redirected to your local post office.

  • No-Signature Required: International shipments are sent via a no-signature delivery service. By choosing this option, you acknowledge and accept that a signature will not be required upon delivery.
