**International shipments are sent via a no-signature delivery service. By choosing this option, you acknowledge and accept that a signature will not be required upon delivery.



PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During peak sale or promotional periods, minor delays may occur, and we greatly appreciate your patience. Please note that shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times. While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional courier delays may occur that are beyond our control.


TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation email upon checkout. If you cannot see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us at hello@apethelabel.com. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (via Aus Post or DHL) will be sent. Use this number to track your shipment. 


CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately once an order is placed, changes are not always possible. However, if you do wish to amend an order, please email us at hello@apethelabel.com as soon as possible with your order number and any changes you require. We will do our best to assist you where possible if the order has not already been processed.


RESPONSIBILITY

Once goods are handed over to the courier, Ape the Label is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues due to incorrect shipping information. Please ensure your address details are accurate at checkout. For delivery issues, contact the courier directly with your tracking number. Parcels are left in a secure location if deemed safe by the courier. If unsafe or the parcel is too large, it will be redirected to your local post office.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

All international customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by their local customs authorities. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery.

DHL will contact you directly regarding any customs duties or import taxes that need to be settled before your order can be released for final delivery. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact details at checkout to avoid any delays in receiving your package.

Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being destroyed by customs. Ape the Label accepts no responsibility for any packages that are abandoned, refused, or destroyed due to unpaid customs duties and taxes. Please note that failure to pay these fees does not entitle you to a refund or store credit.

If the payment of these duties and taxes is refused and the customer requests a store credit for the purchase, Ape the Label is willing to offer a store credit for the total order amount (excluding shipping) less the amount that it costs to send the items back to the Ape the Label warehouse. If the customer does not request a store credit, a month after being contacted by Ape the Label, the items will be deemed unwanted and destroyed by DHL.
