We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During busy sale and promotional periods, minor delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times. Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery within the expected timeframe as courier delays can occasionally occur.

You should receive an order confirmation email upon checkout. If you can’t find it, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, email us at hello@apethelabel.com.

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID (via Aus Post or DHL) will be sent. Use this ID to track your shipment. 

Once an order has been placed, no cancellations or changes can be made. Please choose carefully, as we cannot accommodate changes if you change your mind.

Pre-orders allow you to secure items before they arrive in stock. Payment is processed when the order is placed, ensuring the item is reserved for you.

Estimated arrival dates are provided on product pages but are subject to change. If you order additional items alongside pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched after the pre-ordered item becomes available.

We do not offer split deliveries for orders. However, in some cases, we may send your items in separate shipments due to stock availability.

Once goods are handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect address issues. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. For delivery issues, contact the courier directly with your tracking ID.

• All international customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by their local customs authorities. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery.

  DHL will contact you directly regarding any customs duties or import taxes that need to be settled before your order can be released for final delivery. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact details at checkout to avoid any delays in receiving your package.

  Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being destroyed by customs. Ape the Label accepts no responsibility for any packages that are abandoned, refused, or destroyed due to unpaid customs duties and taxes.

  Please note that failure to pay these fees does not entitle you to a refund or store credit. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you have any questions regarding potential customs charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

• Standard Delivery: Parcels are left in a secure location if deemed safe by the courier. If unsafe or the parcel is too large, it will be redirected to your local post office.

• No-Signature Required: International shipments are sent via a no-signature delivery service. By choosing this option, you acknowledge and accept that a signature will not be required upon delivery.
