SECTION 20 - SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, Ape the Label is no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages during transit. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
