RETURNS POLICY
We hope you fall in love with your Ape the Label purchase — but we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.
If you are not completely satisfied, we are more than happy to offer a store credit for eligible items returned within 31 days of placing your order.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you'll receive a store credit that you can use to purchase your preferred item.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All tags must be attached and untouched.
- Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, tan, pet hair, perfume, or any other signs of wear.
- Returns must include the original invoice, with returned items clearly marked and placed back in the package.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Sale items.
- Items not returned within 31 days of order being placed.
- Items with signs of wear or damage.
- Items that have been worn or washed.
- Packages without an order name or order number for reference.
UNACCEPTED RETURNS
If your return is received and determined to be in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility criteria, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to your original delivery address. In such cases, a store credit will not be issued. Return eligibility is assessed at the sole discretion of Ape the Label.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
- Lodge your return request through our Returns Portal
- Once your return has been approved, send your items that have been approved for return to the following address:

- Include your invoice, and clearly mark which item(s) you are returning so we can identify your order and your request
- Once we receive and approve your return, you'll receive an email with your store credit details
