RETURNS POLICY

We hope you fall in love with your Ape the Label purchase — but we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.

If you are not completely satisfied, we are more than happy to offer a store credit for eligible items returned within 31 days of placing your order. 

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you'll receive a store credit that you can use to purchase your preferred item.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags must be attached and untouched.
  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, tan, pet hair, perfume, or any other signs of wear.
  • Returns must include the original invoice, with returned items clearly marked and placed back in the package.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
  • Sale items.
  • Items not returned within 31 days of order being placed.
  • Items with signs of wear or damage.
  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Packages without an order name or order number for reference.

 

UNACCEPTED RETURNS

If your return is received and determined to be in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility criteria, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to your original delivery address. In such cases, a store credit will not be issued. Return eligibility is assessed at the sole discretion of Ape the Label.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
  1. Lodge your return request through our Returns Portal
  2. Once your return has been approved, send your items that have been approved for return to the following address:

  3. Include your invoice, and clearly mark which item(s) you are returning so we can identify your order and your request
  4. Once we receive and approve your return, you'll receive an email with your store credit details
