RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Ape The Label purchase. However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.

If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a store credit for eligible items returned within 31 days of placing your order.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Once your return is approved, you will receive a store credit to use toward your preferred item.

International Customers
Please note that any duties, taxes, or import fees paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable. If you return an item for store credit, any duties and taxes originally paid will not be reimbursed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging

  • All tags must be attached and remain untouched

  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, pet hair, perfume, or any other signs of wear

  • Returns must include the original invoice, with returned items clearly marked and placed back in the package

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will not be covered or reimbursed by Ape The Label.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ape The Label is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Sale items

  • Items returned outside the 31-day return window

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Items returned without an order name or order number for reference

UNACCEPTED RETURNS

If your return is received and does not meet our return eligibility criteria, the item will not be approved for store credit. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to your original delivery address.

Return eligibility is assessed at the sole discretion of Ape The Label.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  1. Lodge your return request via our Returns Portal

  2. Once approved, send your approved return items to the address below

  1. Include your invoice and clearly mark which item(s) you are returning

  2. Once your return is received and approved, you will receive an email with your store credit details
